Ballet since last summer. Help?

Ok well i have been doing ballet since last summer. And well i have been moved up into a harder class. I havent lost any weight what so ever. What am i doing wrong?

Since muscle is heavier you might have gained enough muscle that it equals in weight to the fat you burned off. You should be able to notice a difference in you tone and definition that ballet is affecting your strength. Just have fun and maintain a healthy diet and don't stress over losing weight or you will get frustrated and give it up and that will get you no where.

You aren't supposed to lose weight right away. Try practicing some of your ballet steps at home and then you might lose weight by doing ballet alot.
Hang on..give it time. You shouldn't be in ballet to lose weight. Just have fun and go with it and put in the work. Keep a food journal and share it with the teacher, she or he may have some advise for you.
first,how much do you weigh and how old are you? you should try running and fruits and vegetables.
Your gaining muscle, which weights more than fat.
